These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the LPSHOPTOUT website.

1. Purpose
LPSHOPTOUT offers products intended for individuals.

2. Prices
Prices displayed are in euros, including all taxes. Delivery fees may vary depending on the product.

3. Order
Any validated order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. LPSHOPTOUT reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues.

4. Payment
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other proposed methods.

5. Delivery
Orders are shipped within an average of 7 to 15 business days (depending on the supplier). More information can be found in the Delivery Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days after receipt to request a return. Products must be unused, in their original packaging.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted according to the conditions indicated in the Return Policy.

8. Warranty
In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service within 72 hours with photos.

9. Personal data
Collected data is used solely for order processing. See Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes
In case of dispute, French law applies. The customer may contact the mediation service if necessary.
