Return Policy

1.  Right of withdrawal: 

You have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.

   2.    Eligibility conditions: 

The product must be:

– Unused

– In its original undamaged packaging

– With all parts and accessories

Damaged, used, incomplete or customized products cannot be refunded.

    3.  Defective product

If the product is defective or non-compliant, contact us within 72 hours with a photo or video.
